order entry / shipping
Heat sinks are AOK, but my latest order was not handled properly. Only the street name, but not the street number, was entered onto the FedEx shipping label. FedEx then delivered the pkg to an address we vacated 18 months ago, even thou shipping was paid for on our FedEx acct and we informed FedEx of our move / new address at the time we moved. So, there are two layers of mistakes involving our latest order, and we are afraid we are now entering a period during which we will be playing whack-a-mole 'tween Heatsinks USA and FedEx. As of 2 weeks after purchase, we have no product, no refund, and no idea when either issue will be resolved. Maybe this next week ?

Heatsink USA has supplied us heatsinks over the years. The parts typically arrive quickly and the cuts are clean which helps us with post machining time. I wasn't paid to say this, they actually are good! Thanks.

This is an excellent company with and excellent product that offers excellent service. We had been looking for some time for appropriate heat sinks for a prototype. When we found heatsinkusa we couldn't believe the cost effective product offering combined with the selection. They custom cut them and shipped them promptly. Quality is amazing. Just wish they were Black anodized !! We will be back.
