      The 2 heatsinks I purchased came exactly the way they were ordered, to my exact specifications. I had to debur them but I knew that ahead of time. It was stated in the estimate paperwork. I would definitely use HeatsinkUSA again.

      Shipped and arrived quickly. Heat sink was cut clean and accurate (<0.005"). This model: base thick enough to be drilled/tapped. Fin spacing wide enough to drill through and use screw. Used 4.0" long with TO220 dissipating 20W. TO220 was 33C (with airflow). Thumbs up!

      It would be nice if such heatsinks provide an easier way to fix it to the PCB, I gave 4 stars, otherwise I would give 5 stars, since the price and quality are very good.

      Two pieces were mounted to aluminum bar stock to create assembly. This product is machined very well, yielding consistent edges, accurate sizing and uniform finish. Drilling and detailing did not reveal any shortcomings within material. Product is very high caliber. Order was processed expediently, vendor exceeded expectations.

      Ordered 2 15 inch lengths, all cut perfectly and arrived very well protected by foam in box. Both lengths straight aside for a very small upwards bow side to side, at worst can fit just tip of a card under straight edge. Won't be an issue for my use though.
